We invite families to visit our campus, meet our teachers, and experience the Pineview community firsthand. Our admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive, and informative as you explore whether Pineview is the right fit for your child.
How Do I Get Started?
Choosing the right school begins with seeing it firsthand. We invite you to experience Pineview Christian Academy by scheduling a campus visit. During your visit, you’ll meet our team, see our classrooms in action, and discover what makes our community strong, supportive, and faith-centered.
Re-Enrollment
Re-enrollment for current Pineview families opens on February 2nd. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue partnering with you in your child’s education and formation for the upcoming school year.
To ensure your student’s place is secured, re-enrollment is a simple two-step process. Both steps must be completed before your child is officially re-enrolled and their seat reserved.
Step One: Complete Gradelink Online Forms
Please complete the required online forms in Gradelink for each child you intend to re-enroll.
Step Two: Submit Enrollment Fee
Submit the $250 enrollment fee per child.
Once both steps are completed, your child’s place will be reserved for the upcoming school year.
Additional Information
For Elementary and Middle/High School students, a second invoice will be issued in July and is due by August 1st. This invoice covers the curriculum and technology fee. Please refer to the chart below for specific amounts.
Many of our classes fill quickly, and we encourage families to complete re-enrollment before Open Registration begins on March 2nd to ensure your student’s spot is secured.

Registration Fee: A registration fee of $250 must be paid at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment.
3-days per week: $465/monthly
5-days per week: $735/monthly
Fees: Late Payment $25, NSF Check Change $40, Curriculum Fee $50
K-12
Registration Fee: A registration fee of $250 must be paid at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment
Tuition Update for 2025–2026
Beginning with the 2025–2026 school year, tuition rates will increase. This adjustment allows Pineview to continue strengthening our academic programs, investing in exceptional teachers, and maintaining a Christ-centered environment where students are prepared, grounded, and supported.
We are currently exploring scholarship and tuition assistance options for families who may need financial support. As always, we are committed to partnering with families and walking through this process with care and clarit
